Making a booking at Watermillock Village Hall
Before you book
In line with government guidance the Village Hall is now open for most events, including for children and adult exercise classes.
Please read our "Hiring Conditions" which provide information on booking terms (including cancellation) and activities permitted in the hall. In addition to our standard terms and conditions, certain special conditions of hire (.docx) currently apply due to Covid-19.
How to book

To make a booking, click the + in the top-right corner of the date. You’ll need to register if it’s the first time you’ve used the booking system.
Your booking will be confirmed following receipt of a £100 booking deposit.
The remainder of the balance for booking the hall will be invoiced 1 month prior to your event. This will include a refundable £100 security deposit to cover any breakages, damages or excessive cleaning required.
If you are not familiar with Watermillock VIllage Hall, we would be happy to show you around prior to booking. Please get in touch with the booking clerk (email@example.com) to arrange a suitable date to see the hall.
Please be aware that if you don’t book the entire Village Hall you may be sharing the kitchen and toilets with another user.

Policies will be reviewed periodically and may be updated from time to time at the discretion of Watermillock Village Hall CIO.
