Our versatile space includes a spacious hall, an intimate reading room, a fully equipped kitchen, showers, and a scenic camping field, perfect for a variety of activities. Whether you're planning community or private events, we take pride in being a beloved venue for all. Located just 200 yards from the A592 lake road, we're ideally situated for fell walking, sailing, and other outdoor adventures. Join us in celebrating 100 years of connection and community spirit!

Monthly Lunch - 17th January
Join us for a delightful community lunch featuring mouthwatering beef or vegetable stew with dumplings prepared by The Royal Hotel, Dockray, paired with delicious homemade chocolate brownies. Enjoy a warm and inviting atmosphere as we gather together from 12 PM to 2 PM. Don't miss out on this chance to enjoy great local food and connect with friends and neighbours.
The lunches are provided free but donations are welcomed to fund future village hall events.
In February join us onTuesday 10th for a delicious pie and peas prepared by Helvellyn Kitchen, along with a scrumptious homemade tray bake.
