In early 2010 the existing kitchen was fully refurbished and now hosts one of the most modern, safety concience and insulated amenities in the area.

Facilities include:

• 6 burner gas range incorporating:
• large double oven with openning doors.
• Flame failure safety gas cut out.
• Separate wall mounted electric grill.
  
• Microvave.
• 2 Hotpoint Larder fridges.
• 1 Hotpoint Freezer
  
• 3 sinks incl hand washing area.
• Extensive worktops for food preparation
  

Whatever your cooking needs, be it for a banquet or just for a a scout or guide group weekend, our facilities should easily cater for your needs. and its use is fully inclusive within our  charges. However we do ask users that you ensure ALL ovens, grills, cooker tops etc are left clean on departure as these items often require extra cleaning time if left.
